Travel online booking portal www.travelclub.lv terms of use

This is a contract for the purchase of travel services online between you as a customer and travel services site maintainer www.travelclub.lv travel agency Estravel Latvia - AS Estravel Latvian branch. 

If you as a customer disagree Agreement conditions, but does not respond positively, please do not continue booking on-line. 

Please carefully read the Terms & Conditions. 

1. Introduction 
   1. www.travelclub.lv acts as a travel booking service and sales agent, and they define www.travelclub.lv site use policy. 
   2. Customer is a natural or legal person who reserve travel services for himself or a third party. 
   3. Travel services are services related to all travel facilities, including air transport, maritime and land transport, accommodation provision, travel insurance, holiday tour packages, tours, trips, museums, concerts and other events organized by tourism service suppliers. 
   4. Where the client has made a reservation in www.travelclub.lv online portal, and paid or received confirmation from the travel service supplier, the contract will exist between customer and travel service suppliers. 
   5. www.travelclub.lv assumes no responsibility for tourism service providers in services provided. 
2. Tourism service providers and Conditions 
   1. www.travelclub.lv provides access to the following travel services suppliers / consolidators: 
      1. Booking.com - hotel and apartment booking 
      2. RCCL, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Cruises Club - the world's seas cruises 
      3. BTA - travel insurance 
      4. Cartrawler - car rent 
      5. Amadeus - airfare 
      6. Amadeus Entertainment, Viator - events, tours, museums booking 
   2. In addition to www.travelclub.lv regulations, the Customer is also bound by each travel service supplier's terms and conditions. Before buying a travel / booking www.travelclub.lv online portal, the Customer agrees to travel service providers terms and conditions. 
      1. Using www.travelclub.lv online portal for the purchase of travel services, each service is accompanied by detailed information on the service, reservation cancellation, payment for carrying out the changes made reservations, default, liability and compensation. 
3. Payment

4. Change or cancellation of reservation 
   1. Reservation change or cancellation is dependent on the particular travel service provider's rules, accepted by the Customer making a booking. 
   2.    3. The money will be returned to the person who made the payment.

5. Travel Document delivery

6. Travelers' personal papers

7. Travel insurance and vaccinations

8. www.travelclub.lv Terms and Conditions

10. Data protection 
    1. www.travelclub.lv respect the protection of personal data in accordance with Latvian legislation and has taken appropriate security measures to protect personal data against misuse, unauthorized access and misuse. 
11. Questions and complaints 
    1.     1. Domain Name and www.travelclub.lv and travelclub.lv trademark, logo and information is EStravel Latvia - A/S Estravel Latvian branch of the property and use, without prior written permission is illegal.
